Steven and Alex know what they’re doing. Since handing over our place to Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes, it’s been nothing but smooth sailing. Bookings are up, the place stays clean, and we don’t have to babysit the process like we used to.
We came up for a last-minute snowboard trip and booked one of their condos near Canyon Lodge. The location was killer and the unit had everything we needed, even a boot dryer which was a nice surprise. Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes was super responsive when we had a quick question about parking too. No complaints at all.
We were referred to Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes by a neighbor and figured we’d give it a shot. Best decision we’ve made with the property so far. Steven and Alex helped set expectations from the beginning and the whole team’s been on point. I appreciate how transparent they are with reporting and income, no surprises or weird fees like we’ve had before.
Honestly, we were on the fence about switching management companies, but Steven and Alex made the process really easy. Their team handled everything from getting our listing cleaned up to scheduling photos and dealing with permits. It was all way smoother than we expected.
